About the casual foodie

The Casual Foodie is the inspiration of former cafe owner, Christine Thackwell. A busy mother and businesswoman, Christine has now retired from the frontline cafe scene and is concentrating on developing her range of fresh and frozen meals, sweets, spice pastes and condiments.

Christine's guiding philosophy is to keep cooking and entertaining simple and tasty. She doesn't believe in 'gourmet' cooking using expensive and often over-rated ingredients.The casual foodie range is all about fuss-free style and great flavour for people who love good food.
