We naturally guarantee all our products, and should you not be completely satisfied. we will offer a full refund or replacement to all products, no questions asked!
Storing our Products
Spice Pastes - Moroccan, Indian and Sicilian
These should be kept in the fridge at all times, or if you are not going to use for a while, you can extend the 'use by' date by freezing. The 'use by' date is a guideline only, and products may last longer if kept in a very cool fridge! When scooping the product out, be sure not to introduce any liquids or other products into the spice paste as this will contaminate the product.
Spice Rubs and Salts
As a dry product, these need to be kept sealed in the pantry. For the best flavour and results, these should be used in the first 6 months. However, they will last, sealed, for much longer.
East Meets West
As a marinade, it will keep in the fridge for a long time, but for best flavour use by the date on the label. Shake well before use.
Pestos
As with all pestos, they should be kept in the fridge at all times and used by the 'use by' date for best flavour. Most pestos contain cheese and dairy products, and will turn rancid over time.
Preserved Lemons
As with all preserves these will keep sealed in the pantry for a year or two! Once opened, keep in the fridge. They should last at least 6 months in the fridge.
